Shipping Policy – Monstaas Workshop

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped exclusively with DHL. All shipments are trackable and will include a tracking number.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing time: Depending on the product, production takes 1–8 weeks (see product description).

  • Delivery time:

    • Within Germany: usually 1–3 business days

    • Within the EU: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (in rare cases, over 30 days due to customs processing or delays by the carrier)

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.

Restricted Shipping Destinations
We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions:
Canary Islands, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City, Russian Federation, Haiti, Suriname, Israel, Jordan, Palestinian Territories, Syria, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Sudan, Bouvet Island, French Southern Territories, Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

Special Requirements for Certain Countries

  • Argentina: A CUIT number (Clave Única de Identificación Tributaria) is required for shipping.

  • Brazil: A CPF number (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) is required for shipping.

Customs & Import Fees
International deliveries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not calculated or controlled by Monstaas Workshop.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.
